Refund Policy

Overview

Zealo offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro). Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. This policy describes when refunds may be issued and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free Plan and Free Trial

The Free plan needs no payment method and is never charged. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial; if you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will issue a full refund if: (1) you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not used the platform to generate more than 2 listings, or (2) there was a technical error on our part that prevented you from accessing the service. If Zealo has a verified outage of more than 48 consecutive hours, we will consider prorated account credits case by case.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for: change of mind after the 7-day window, partial months after cancellation, or accounts that have been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact.zealo@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle's own refund and dispute resolution policies may also apply. For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
