Zealo generates MLS listing descriptions and social media posts from property photos and details you provide, using Claude AI by Anthropic. By using Zealo, you agree to these terms.
AI-generated content
Content generated by Zealo is produced by an AI model and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or statements that don't fully reflect the property. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing it to the MLS, social media, or anywhere else — including verifying compliance with Fair Housing Act requirements, MLS rules, and any platform-specific guidelines.
Your content
You must own or have the rights to any photos and property information you upload. You're solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you submit and what you choose to publish.
Free tier
Zealo currently offers a limited number of free generations per IP address every 24 hours. We may change, reduce, or discontinue this limit at any time without notice.
No warranty
Zealo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that generated content will meet any particular standard. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of generated content.
Acceptable use
Don't use Zealo for unlawful purposes, to generate misleading or fraudulent listings, or to upload photos or content you don't have the right to use.
