Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Property photos and listing detailsyou upload to generate a description. These are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing and are not stored on our servers after your listing is generated.
• Email address, only if you voluntarily submit it through our signup form. We use this to contact you about Zealo updates — nothing else.
• IP address, used briefly to enforce our free-tier usage limit (3 generations per 24 hours). This is not linked to your identity or stored long-term.

How we use it

We use the information above solely to operate Zealo: generating your MLS description and social posts, preventing abuse of the free tier, and — if you opt in — letting you know about product updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

Third parties we rely on

• Anthropic — processes your photos and listing details to generate copy.
• Supabase — stores your email address, if you choose to submit it.
• Vercel — hosts the application and processes standard server request logs.
• Upstash — temporarily tracks IP addresses to enforce rate limits.

Each of these providers processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the service, under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

Zealo does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We don't run analytics scripts or third-party trackers on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any email address you've submitted at any time by contacting us below. We will remove it from our database promptly.
